"I really wanted to like this, I really..."
I really wanted to like this, I really did, but it just didn’t end up working for me. At first it feels super soft, almost too soft, and I thought maybe I’d get used to it. But after a few nights, I kept waking up with my back feeling kind of off. It’s not terrible or anything, just not supportive enough for me and not as comfy as I was hoping.

"Comfy fabric, but I’m not totally sure on the sizing"
I ordered my usual size from Dwell and Slumber, but it ended up feeling a little bigger than I expected. The fabric is really nice and comfy, so maybe I’m just being picky or maybe I should’ve sized down? The fit is definitely looser than I wanted, especially around the waist. I’m not planning to return it because it’s still wearable, but I do wish the size guide had been a bit more accurate. Shipping was fine overall. I’d probably give it 3 stars.

"Nice fabric that’s held up really well"
I got this a while back and have worn it regularly, including on laundry days when I’m just grabbing whatever is clean. The fabric feels strong but still really comfortable, and even after a bunch of washes, it still looks pretty much new. Definitely happy with it.

I had to return one item, it went a lot smoother than I expected. I know returns can be a hassle sometimes, but this really wasn’t one of those situations. Customer service got back to me quickly and helped me through it without making me feel like I was doing something wrong or turning it into a big deal.

"Took longer than I thought it would"
I assumed the shipping would follow the usual timeline, but it ended up taking way longer than expected. The item itself was totally fine once it finally arrived, so no complaints there. It was just frustrating because the tracking barely changed, and I kept thinking it would probably show up the next day based on how these deliveries usually go. Not a huge deal, but definitely annoying when you’re trying to plan around it.
